At Greco PT , we are a family-run business providing orthopedic physical therapy for people who want to move better, get stronger, and return to the activities that matter to them — with a clear plan and a coaching-driven approach.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all treatment or protocol-driven rehab, our services are built around understanding how you move, how your body handles load, and what your specific goals require.
We provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy for individuals dealing with pain, injury, or movement limitations who want more than short-term relief. Orthopedic care includes ages 7+. Care is centered on understanding how you move, building strength through progressive loading, and preparing you for the demands of daily life, work, or recreation. This includes conditions such as: low back pain, knee pain and injuries, foot and ankle injuries, shoulder and elbow injuries, spine and sports injuries.

The PEP option is used for both orthopedic physical therapy support and remote baseball or throwing development.
